- The Hong Kong, China Association of Athletics Affiliates Limited (“the Organiser”) reserves the right to close the entries prior to the deadline without notice.
- All participants are urged to seek medical advice of their physical condition before participating in the Event.
- Runner’s Pack Distribution
- “Runner’s Pack Collection Email” will be sent to all participants via email within three weeks prior to the Event. The Letter indicates details of the runner, including name, category, and bib number, along with a QR code. Participants MUST present the original of the registered identification document with the runner’s photo (HKID Card, Passport or other Travel Documents accepted by the Organiser) to the officials for identity verification.
- All runners are required to collect their own runner’s packs in person, no proxy will be accepted.
- In case of the personal details of the runners provided during the registration do not match with the details in his / her identification documents, the Organiser has the right not to provide the runner’s pack to the concerned runner.

Participants are required to reserve their collection timeslots, quota for each timeslot are on a first-come, first-served basis. Details of the reservation will be mentioned in the “Runner’s Pack Collection Email”.
- In response to the requirements from the Aviation Security Company Limited, if any discrepancies are found between a participant's identification document and the personal particulars on the number bib when collecting the Runner's Pack, the Organiser is required to recheck the updated personal information with the Aviation Security Company Limited. Due to the lengthy processing time and to avoid delaying the participant's schedule, participants must ensure that the submitted personal particulars match their identification documents at the time of registration. Participants are advised to collect their Runner's Packs as early as possible within the designated dates.
- NO Runner’s Packs, including number bib and timing chip, will be distributed on the event day.
- Event Day
- Since the race will be held in restricted area, NO spectator zones or public cheering zones will be set up at the race zones. People who do not possess a valid number bib issued by the Organiser will not be allowed to enter the restricted area inside the AsiaWorld-Expo and airport race course on the Race Day.
- Public Liability Insurance will be covered by the Organiser. Participants are advised to take up their own personal or other insurance policies separately, if necessary.
